Working with Walmart Connect design studio full-time as Art Director and manager of a team consisting of project managers, copywriters and designers, we were tasked with building marketing assets for Walmart.com to Walmart and their client specific brand needs. We Built systems and processes over a two year span to onboard new designers quickly and efficiently, to house standards and practices for Walmart Connect and to oversee and streamline the process of ad creation. The business model built for Walmart connect became the model for the placement services of Designerds.
